***2011 RULE CHANGE REMINDER*** - University Enrollment Criteria

As a reminder, the following rule was communcated in July 2009 and will go into effect for the upcoming season.  Beginning in 2011, a participant must be an enrolled student with a minimum of 3/4 full-time enrollment as an undergraduate or minimum of six hours as a graduate student at a NCVF recognized 2-year or 4-year degree-granting college or university throughout the current NCVF Competitive Season.

2011 NCVF Collegiate Club Volleyball Championships

We are working with USA Volleyball to finalize the date and location of the 2011 NCVF Collegiate Club Volleyball Championship Tournament.   We are aware that many teams need this information in order to make budgeting and fundraising plans and are working to get the information out as quickly as possible.   There are many factors and steps that go into site selection and finalization processes and we want to ensure that we have negotiated the best rates possible before finalizing our committment.   We hope to be able to announce this information in the coming weeks.  

The NCVF Board and representatives from conferences and leagues throughout the country converged on Chicago on June 26 & 27 for the NCVF Annual Meeting.  A variety of topics were discussed including committee reports from each committee chair on the activities and accomplishments from the 2009-2010 season.   The Board of Directors will be reviewing the recommendations, any additional rule changes or clarifications, and resolutions from that meeting and results will be communicated the the NCVF Advisory Council and posted on the website in coming weeks.

NCVF TEAM REGISTRATION SYSTEM NOW AVAILABLE

How do I register my team to become a member of the NCVF?
Open registration for the 2009-2010 competitive season is NOW available for all teams.  Team captains can register team and player information online that will be utilized by all conference commissioners and tournament directors throughout the 2010 competitive season to generate team rosters, verify player eligibility, and manage team/player information.  In addition, all NCVF registered teams will also be able to take advantage of member discounts, gain access to email lists/list serve functions, tournament posting and results features, member rates for national tournament, and numerous other NCVF benefits.

NCVFVolleyball.org joins forces with WomensClub Volleyball.com to bring you a single online source of the most complete and updated information for Men's AND Women's Collegiate Club Volleyball.  The leaders and administrators of the women's division including Anne Pufahl, Mike Jackson, and Jung Park will continue to serve the women's teams in the same roles as they have in previous years all under one website to service both the men's and women's players across the country.   The women will continue to enjoy all of the same features as before including the Listserv, National Team Directory, Tournament Listing, Results, Rankings, and more.
