New! Online Daily Results Updates -- The NCVF National Collegiate Club Volleyball Championships home page will be updated daily.  All results will be updated throughout each day of competition and will be accessible 24 hours a day starting Wednesday, March 31, 2010.   You can access the schedule and results at the following links:

Enrollment Verification forms now available online for download.  This form must be completed, signed by your university registrar, and brought to check in in Louisville.  Do not mail this form.   These directions and sample form should assist you in the process. 

Additional reminders:

• Delete any players that are no longer planning to attend the championships.

• Check online to see that all forms have been received.

•  Online rosters must be completed by February 26, 2010 (today). 
• Changes such as uniform number, positions, to players already entered on your rosters can be made between February 27, 2010 and March 13, 2010 for no charge.
• Rosters and forms must be receive in the USA Volleyball office no later than March 13, 2010.  Rosters must be complete.  Items such as street address, home, city, home state and home country has been missing from some forms.  Incomplete rosters with missing information may result in a delay at check-in. 
• Players must sign and date all forms.   On the Medical Waiver form, insurance information must be provided and handwritten on the form.
• Coaches must complete the USAV Limited Membership and Code of Conduct forms.
• If a player is also a team rep, return the Limited Membership form printed as a player for this individual.
• Roster additions between February 27, 2010 thru March 13, 2010 will result in a charge of $25.00 per occurrence. Required forms for any added player must be printed, completed, and shipped via UPS/Federal Express by 03/13/2010.
• Roster additions after March 14,2010 will result in a charge of $50.00 per occurrence. Required forms for any added player must be printed, completed, and shipped via UPS/Federal Express by 03/20/2010.  For any changes accepted after March 20, required forms must be completed and brought to check in.
• The enrollment verification form should be available for download during the week of March 20, 2010.  This form must be taken to the Registrars Office at your institution and brought to the championships in Louisville.  Do not mail this form the USAV Office.  Teams will not be allowed to participate until this information can be obtained.
• If your team status change, please notify us immediately.

Team Registration for the National Tournament Closes 02/26/2010.   WHO'S COMING?

Registration is now open for the 2010 NCVF Collegiate Club Volleyball Championships in Louisville, Kentucky.  Team captains can now register their teams online by clicking the Register Team link.  The Official Tournament Manual is posted below. Given the number of teams that have endorsed the event, we anticipate high demand for entry into each division.  We encourage teams to register as soon as possible. Registration will remain open from January 4, 2010 through midnight, February 26, 2010.

Teams should follow these steps to register:

1.  Complete the online registration by clicking on the Register Team button,

2.  Print out the Entry Invoice

3.  Ship the Entry Invoice along with a check to the USA Volleyball address listed on the invoice.

4.  All other required forms are now available online.  Teams will be able to submit their official tournament roster 

     online beginning February 1st and all of the required forms will then be prepopulated and available to be printed out, completed

     and shipped to USA Volleyball.  

           $  900.00 - Teams that are both NCVF and USAV members

        $  950.00 - Teams that are NCVF members only

        $1250.00 - Teams that are Non-NCVF members 

        $  650.00 - Alumni Division
